Job Description
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Content Manager to lead the charge in creating and executing high-performing social media strategies. This role will involve developing compelling content, managing influencer and ambassador programs, and driving social efforts for integrated marketing campaigns.
Our social media presence spans all major platforms—Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok, YouTube—and also includes emerging channels. Experience with event-based social coverage and podcasting is a plus! You’ll work on-site in Fort Lauderdale with a dynamic and fun team, collaborating with some of the most exciting high-growth DTC brands in the market today. Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social or similar platforms and a strong focus on performance metrics is critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Management
Develop comprehensive social media campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
Create and manage content calendars for multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of campaign materials.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visual and written content for campaigns.
Implement and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
Performance Tracking & Insights
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports on key metrics and ROI.
Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
Provide recommendations to clients and internal teams based on campaign insights and performance data.
Content Creation & Innovation
Create, curate, and oversee platform-specific content for Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
Cover events and activations for social media in real time, producing engaging, behind-the-scenes content that captures brand excitement and energy.
Assist in podcast production efforts, from content ideation to promotion on social platforms.
Influencer & Ambassador Program Management
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
Develop and oversee ambassador/influencer agreements, campaign briefs, and content guidelines.
Coordinate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns, tracking performance and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Brand Alignment & Strategy
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform campaign strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media campaigns and client accounts.
Partner with the paid media team to develop and implement paid social strategies that complement organic efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in social media marketing or campaign management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar.
Experience with paid social media advertising, including budget management and performance optimization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for detail.
Outstanding project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and client-facing needs.
