Job Summary

As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will play an instrumental role in learning the ins and outs of the nonprofit space, including running community and retail-based events and outreach campaigns. You will engage with the public, personalize your pitch, and educate them about our nonprofit partners, aiming to raise funds for their causes.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate the public about the nonprofit, its mission, and why it’s worthy of support

  • Contribute to meeting fundraising targets to support charitable endeavors

  • Manage on-site logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient event flow

  • Ensure all equipment, signage, and supplies are organized and readily available

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to create a positive brand experience

  • Collect feedback and insights to inform future event improvements

  • Disseminate promotional materials and encourage participation in brand-related activities

  • Track and report sales and donation data accurately

  • Collaborate with a team of driven and ambitious individuals

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on event details and objectives

  • Teach, train, and develop others

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus but not required

  • Commitment to our mission of supporting charitable causes

  • Basic math skills for processing donations and tracking contributions

  • Organizational skills to manage donor information and fundraising materials

  • A valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation (required)
