Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent skills in visual communication, and a passion for creating engaging and innovative visual content. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality graphics for various digital and print media, ensuring that design work meets brand standards and project goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct driver facing development in classroom, one-on-one, and hands-on settings
Provide ongoing education and resources to ensure a high level of safety awareness
Conduct on-road evaluations with drivers to determine if they meet JBS’s skills standards and are in compliance with Safety, FMCSR, and company regulations and policies
Onboarding & remedial training on the principles, practices, and processes within our organization
Communicating with management to identify improvement areas
Ensure all resources are available and ready throughout the onboarding process (to include but not limited to: fuel cards, key fobs, tablets, onboarding documentation)
Assist Safety team as needed
Foster a culture of safety throughout the organization
Requirements:
Capacity to multitask and handle high levels of stress
Attention to detail
Requires strong interpersonal & communication skills, compliance, implementation, and auditing skills
Goal orientated, self-managing with time & project consideration
Transportation industry knowledge and experience preferred
