Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design Implementation:
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 50,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 175,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design Implementation:
- Translate design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality code.
- Ensure designs are pixel-perfect and responsive across various devices.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Implement reusable components and libraries to optimize development workflows.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to understand design goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
- Ensure interfaces adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Conduct user interface testing to identify and fix usability and performance issues.
- Perform cross-browser compatibility testing to ensure a consistent experience.
- Stay updated on user-centered design principles and implement best practices.
- Continuously gather user feedback to improve interface designs and workflows.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Experience: [X years] of experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with CSS pre-processors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration with front-end applications.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Design Skills:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with creating and implementing design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centric design.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with animations and transitions using CSS or JavaScript libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, or Selenium.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for front-end development.
- Experience in building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
