Your Impact
The Content Producer will be responsible for managing all aspects of content production, from concept development to post-production, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Photographers, Videographers, Creative, Stylists, and Clients. The Content Producer will continuously identify and develop workflow efficiencies and quality improvements. Under guidance from the Content Studio Management team, they will strive to increase speed-to-market, enhance the omni-channel experience, and elevate the Lowe's brand. The Content Producer will review production workloads of the Studio teams to ensure workload balance across the organization and ensure the highest utilization of the Studio resources and teams.
What you will do
- Upholds the established brand standards across all product categories and within art direction as provided by the Management team.
- Develop content solutions across multiple content types by understanding the product categories and key competitors.
- Collaborates with all Enterprise Teams including Branding, Marketing, Advertising, Packaging, and Online to reconcile the vision and objectives for each project, ensuring that content aligns with Brand guidelines and Marketing strategies.
- Ensures that quality and brand standards are met, and content solutions are provided in a way that will resonate with the consumer and facilitate the buying process.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to comprehend product features and category requirements.
- Serves as content lead for assigned product categories and acts as an escalation point for production issue resolution.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external global teams (e.g., category management, product vendors, and photography studios). Ensures that assigned project individuals/teams maintain appropriate timelines and workload balance.
- Understands, anticipates, and defines project plans for executing within timeline and product sample constraints.
- Provides creative recommendations regarding execution strategies and potential solutions for the content studio projects.
- Actively manages schedules, shot lists, merchandise tracking, and budgets from pre-production through post-production.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent functional experience in lieu of degree.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or similar role in a commercial setting or preferably Fortune 500 Company.
