Syneos Health is recruiting for a Learning Content Manager (LCM) to support the project management needs for our highly respected client’s Immunology Learning Excellence team.
The Learning Content Manager is a critical position on the Immunology Learning Excellence team with the core remit of managing all content submission and approvals for the Immunology Learning Excellence team. The LCM will be responsible for submitting all content into the iMedical system and coordinating the approval with the various project owners. Additionally, this individual will help project manage timelines for the top prioritized projects on the Learning Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities / Areas of Focus:
- Audits existing content to ensure all content is approved for use, or scheduled for resubmission, disposition or update.
- Upload and annotate content into iMedical Review or coordinate submission and annotation with external vendor for new content submission.
- Maintains source files within iMR and uploads into our Learning Management System.
- Collaborates with Learning Excellence team members to create and maintain a demand plan for all new content submissions.
- Coordinates with the Learning Excellence Center or external vendors on the submission for new content.
- Publishes a project status report for all content submissions to project owners and the Learning Excellence Leadership Team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required.
- Previous project management experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.
- Strong communications and project management skills are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work in the Horsham, PA office 1-2 days per week.
