Overview

DecisionPoint is seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST - Web Content Support to join our team in Atlanta providing on-demand operational, technical, and scientific subject matter expertise support that addresses response-related requirements enabling CDC to rapidly expand its capacity to respond to public health emergencies.

The Division of Emergency Operations (DEO), with support of the Office of Readiness and Response (ORR), is actively working to enhance and augment CDC’s approach to preparedness and response for Public Health Emergencies which supports the development and implementation of the CDCReady Responder Program.

This is a 100% onsite position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with managing pre-developed web content within the CDCReady Responder platform which focuses on deployer preparedness and support.
• Maintain deployment websites and website content, including providing updates to existing websites.
• Provide internal support for promotion of products and messages to target audiences, provided by CDC leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent.
• 4 years experience is an acceptable substitute for a degree.
• Public Trust Clearance.
• Emergency management staffing and/or deployment experience preferred.
• Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Mail).
• Ability to effectively communicate needs at all briefings to assist with operational strategy.
• Ability to identify gaps in existing resources.
• Ability to multitask in emergency situations.
• Ability to be flexible with a strong sense of urgency.
• Interpersonal communication: telephone, email, and business etiquette.
• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
