Director of Brand Strategy

We are seeking a visionary Director of Brand Strategy to shape and elevate our brand identity, creative vision, and storytelling. This role combines strategic expertise with hands-on creative leadership to ensure every interaction—digital, physical, and experiential—reflects our mission and resonates deeply with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking creative vision that enhances brand storytelling and emotional engagement.
  • Drive the creation of comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistent visual, verbal, and experiential branding across all touchpoints.
  • Conceptualize and lead impactful campaigns that align with business goals and reinforce our mission.

Content Creation & Oversight

  • Oversee the production of high-quality assets, including social media content, videos, advertisements, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design performance-driven campaigns that also build long-term brand equity.
  • Lead innovative brand initiatives, from viral digital campaigns to experiential marketing activations.
  • Manage and mentor the in-house creative team and external agency partners, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Brand Development

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Web, and Data, to ensure creative strategies are informed by customer insights.
  • Create initiatives to increase visibility and share of voice in the apparel industry with bold, thought-provoking campaigns.

Data-Driven Success

  • Define and track KPIs for creative campaigns, including engagement, brand lift, and conversion metrics.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and identify impactful creative elements.
  • Analyze audience behavior and feedback to continually enhance messaging and creative direction.
  • Deliver performance reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • Visionary Leadership: Proven experience shaping and scaling brand identities in high-growth environments.
  • Creative Expertise: 5+ years in a creative role; experience managing teams is a plus.
  • Design Sensibility: Strong aesthetic judgment with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure creative ROI.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Enthusiasm for building and innovating in a fast-paced, early-stage brand.
