We’re seeking a Motion Lead to define and elevate the future of our motion and 2D/3D design practice. This role is critical in setting a strong creative vision, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Reporting to our Head of Creative, you’ll oversee a small team with the opportunity to grow and scale this domain, shaping its impact across the organization. This is a leadership role for someone with the expertise, bold vision, and strategic approach to take this domain to the next level.

What you’ll do

• Leadership: Lead and inspire a growing team of motion designers, cultivating a strong culture of collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
• Expertise in 2D/3D Motion Design: Serve as the organization’s motion and 2D/3D design authority, bringing a strong POV and crafting industry-leading work that sets the standard for excellence.
• Strategic Vision: Engage with customers to define the team’s vision and long-term roadmap, aligning motion and 2D/3D design efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Project Leadership: Oversee and drive conceptual projects from ideation to execution, ensuring innovation and exceptional craft at every stage.
• Industry Network: Leverage a robust network of vendors, freelancers, and collaborators to scale efforts efficiently and bring in top talent when needed.

What you bring

• Mastery Across Motion Design: A clear expert in 2D/3D principles with demonstrated success in 2D/3D motion design and the ability to mentor others in these areas.
• Creative Vision and Conceptual Abilities: Strong conceptual thinking to develop innovative ideas and push boundaries in motion design.
• Strong Management and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow teams while fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion.
