This position is a Hybrid role based out of our St. Louis Park, MN. Office

About you

You are a creative individual who is ready to provide leadership and direction on design, layout, and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. You are adaptable across all platforms - print, digital and info graphical. Your main role at Colliers will be to provide branding and campaign solutions for high-profile properties and new business pursuits in a variety of markets.

You are an enthusiastic team player who is well known for constantly delivering accurate, top-quality work for your clients. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients.

In this role you will...

  1. Design and produce visual marketing materials, including new business proposals, market overview presentations, brochures, flyers, and maps that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/prospects.
  2. Design the elements for successful client engagement projects (digital, print, interactive, etc.) facilitating the process from start to finish.
  3. Research market data using various tools to assist with the creation of marketing collateral for the team which will include writing components.
  4. Successfully promote high-level adoption of corporate standards for all visual communications.
  5. Partner with sales professionals to help align a vision with a client’s need, pursuing each opportunity with optimism, clarity of thought and differentiating Colliers in the process.
  6. Communicate on a regular basis with internal clients (follow-through and follow-up), meeting commitments and deadlines.
  7. Devise strong visual solutions for research-based information such as statistical graphs, charts, and tables.
  8. Be highly adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal direction/supervision.

What you'll bring

  1. Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of graphic design experience.
  3. Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  4. Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  5. Experience working with style guides and brand.

Pursuant to state/local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Approximate Annual Range for this Role: $53,835 to $79,000.

Our annual ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
