We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our team on-site in New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple design disciplines, including graphic design, industrial design, and packaging design, with a focus on creating impactful products and packaging that align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop compelling graphics for product branding, marketing materials, and user interfaces.
• Ensure cohesive brand identity across all visual assets, including digital and print mediums.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce visuals for product launches, tradeshows, and advertising campaigns.

Industrial Design:

• Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, user-centric, and aligned with production requirements.
• Understand and integrate considerations for packaging, including palletization, inner cartons, and master cartons to optimize logistics and shipping.
• Create detailed sketches, 3D renderings, and prototypes to bring concepts to life and support decision-making.

Packaging Design:

• Design innovative, functional, and sustainable packaging solutions for consumer products.
• Ensure packaging is optimized for production, shipping, and storage, with an understanding of supply chain logistics, pallet layouts, and carton configurations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to maintain quality standards and cost efficiency.
• Elevate the unboxing experience by aligning packaging with brand identity and user expectations.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to align design solutions with business and user needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in design.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a multidisciplinary design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product, packaging, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), SolidWorks, Rhino, or other 3D modeling software.
• Experience in palletization, carton design, and supply chain logistics for consumer goods or smart home products is a must.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and packaging sustainability best practices.
• Excellent conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
