We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing a social media content strategy — with a special emphasis on video — in order to increase Mixhers' online presence. We're looking for a wildly creative individual who is organized and innovative. This individual will work closely with other team members, including other social contributors, in a collaborative way and is expected to take lead on initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Implement and manage our social media content strategy
2. Contribute to social media KPIs
3. Oversee the creation and publications of Mixher’s social media content
4. Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
5. Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure content is informative, appealing, and on brand
6. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social media best practices
2. Good understanding of social media KPIs
3. Social media video capabilities and passion preferred
4. Some travel may be necessary
