Wade Public Relations is a boutique lifestyle PR firm with a coveted portfolio of clients that includes top hotel, restaurant, design, and lifestyle brands, including 1 Hotel San Francisco, Post Ranch Inn, Cavallo Point Lodge, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Jordan Winery & Vineyard, Turks and Caicos Islands Tourist Board, and more.

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our tight-knit team of seasoned specialists. The ideal candidate has 2 – 5 years of lifestyle PR experience, is a savvy strategic thinker, a talented writer, and an experienced media relations maven with strong relationships with press (national, regional, local). Our ideal candidate further embodies the agency’s core values, helping to ensure a positive, humble, and success-oriented environment centered on hard work, collaboration, and passion.

The Account Executive’s responsibilities would include:

1. Drive media relations, securing press coverage nationally, regionally, and locally.
2. Draft press releases, pitches, press kit materials, and more.
3. Liaise with clients and participate in regular meetings.
4. Proactively concept and support valuable initiatives from creative story angles and partnerships and standout initiatives and events.
5. Support national and international press trips.
6. Execute and staff client events in national and international markets.
7. Contribute to monthly reporting for PR campaigns.

This position presents a unique opportunity to join an agency that represents world-class brands across lifestyle industries. We are looking for someone with 2 – 5 years of lifestyle PR experience working within the hospitality, design, wine, real estate, and/or culinary industries. This person is highly efficient, creative, organized, results-oriented, driven, proactive, professional, client-savvy, and excited about the prospect of becoming a part of a dynamic and growing agency. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Cision (or comparable media monitoring service) is required.
