Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Studio Assistant to provide an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the smooth operations of our studio.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring that it is clean and prepped for the next appointment
• Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
• Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
• Ensure studio lobby, hallways, restrooms, and all other public areas are exceptionally clean
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to details and commitment to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Ability to follow operational processes and guidelines accurately
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual; must adhere to scheduled shifts consistently

Hours/Shifts:

Shift schedule may vary based on business needs. This role does require weekend and weekday availability. Shifts are typically 5 - 5.5 hrs. Required availability:

• Sundays 8:30am to 1:30pm
• Fridays 2:30pm to 7:15pm

Additional availability during the below days/times are a plus:

• 1 to 2 weekdays 1pm to 4/5pm
• Saturday 2pm to 7:15pm
