Project description
One of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry has a need to develop and support cloud-based enterprise information systems in the Oil & Gas domain. Our project is stable, long-term, and constantly adopts new technologies. Work supposes close cooperation with the Customer team located in Houston and follows Agile principles. Our team is senior, supportive, and friendly.
Responsibilities
- User research: user interviews, developing and documenting personas, usability tests including cognitive walkthroughs of interactive prototypes and more quantitative testing to be determined as appropriate, user workflows (current and proposed new workflows with associated screen flows) and associated product requirements, represent the user in any meetings relating to product development.
- Architecture & navigation: per product or group of products - some of these projects involve the integration of multiple products into a single unified user experience, documentation of such.
- High-level wireframe mock-ups and interactive prototypes: appropriate level of detail for customer validation, support and mentoring of junior designers on the team such that all subsequent screen designs meet the framework laid out by both the architecture/navigation and the high-level designs.
