What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct independent mixed methods research projects, including needs assessments with product teams
2. Drive decisions within product teams based on research insights
3. Manage multiple research projects while communicating priorities with team members and stakeholders
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate UX research into product prioritization
5. Plan and design research to inform product/service/business strategy and understand user needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in a large, matrixed organization
2. Bachelor's or graduate degree in HCI, psychology, anthropology, human factors, or a relevant field
3. Strong oral and written communication skills
4. Ability to analyze large qualitative datasets and conduct in-person interviews
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and projects
