Insight Global is hiring: Senior UX Designer in California

Insight Global is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer for a Global Technology and Supply Chain Services client to join the Technology Product group. In this role, the Senior UX Designer will partner with Product, Business, IT & Engineering groups to gather & translate requirements, delivering high-quality designs, workflows, and concepts for a highly complex digital platform. This person must be able to deliver cohesive user experience through end-to-end feature design utilizing FIGMA. MUST WORK 3x A WEEK ONSITE IN IRVINE, CA.

Responsibilities:

1. 3+ years of User Experience (UX) product design experience, working in a highly complex domain.
2. Experience partnering with product management, business, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs, workflows, and concepts.
3. Experience with end-to-end feature design to deliver a cohesive user experience for a large digital platform.
4. Experience translating business and user requirements into understandable solutions.
5. Experience with Figma for design, prototyping, wireframing, and creating design systems.
6. Experience working with Agile and/or Lean UX environments.
