This role is responsible for all aspects of integrated productions. The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver who has delivered and launched initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. The role is expected to partner with Executive Producers to develop best practices for productions, have an understanding of Meta’s products, and provide production expertise from brief to delivery across all assigned projects. Must be a clear communicator, team player, and motivate teams to deliver world-class creative.

Producer Responsibilities

  1. Lead and drive integrated production across all media channels including broadcast, digital, stills, animation, experiential, and social platforms.
  2. Collaborate closely with creative teams and director-level creative leaders to identify external partners to bid, award, and execute best-in-class work.
  3. Partner with program management leads and marketing leads to secure alignment and achieve campaign goals through flawless execution.
  4. Proactively push on innovation within formats to create breakthrough and memorable creative work.
  5. Design production plans inclusive of campaign schedules across internal creative teams and/or external partners.
  6. Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates, and related parameters across budget levels.
  7. Manage external vendor relationships (directors, visual artists, illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, music houses, agency partners, etc.) to ensure Meta’s goals are being achieved.
  8. Keep organized status sheets, job folders, and experience building and inputting into G Suite slides, decks, docs, and sheets and ensure clear documentation of final production assets.
  9. Lead a team of producers on large-scale productions.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 8+ years experience producing complex film, video, and experiential projects.
  2. Experience with new technologies and advertising platforms.
  3. Demonstrated organizational skills and experience working in G Suite products.
  4. Experience telling a well-crafted story across all media channels.
  5. Experience with problem solving around challenging schedules and experience with agile/nimble production.
  6. Analytical skills with thorough attention to detail.
  7. Knowledge of industry production guidelines including markups, crew rates, SAG and non-union rules with experience negotiating bids on behalf of Meta.
  8. Experience bidding and overseeing production (filming, edit, post) outside of the US.
  9. Communication skills across all levels of the team.
  10. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  2. Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc.
  3. Experience pursuing emerging technologies.

$147,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
