Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to Content Designer. This role is fully remote and will align to PST Time Zones.


*This job is 6-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!*


As a Content Designer, you will craft narratives that engage and inspire ‌diverse audiences, while aligning with the organization's strategic goals. Ideal candidates are customer obsessed, using direct customer interviews to fall in love with customers’ stories to inspire creativity!


Responsibilities

  • Manage written content design for video projects, from kick-off to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Coordinate kick-off & check-in meetings, driving communication with stakeholders to uncover the story behind their ideas and develop scripts and demos to showcase products
  • Write interface copy and auditing existing content, collaborating with product designers to drive cross-functional deliverables and storytelling projects on strict timelines
  • Partner with motion graphics and audio-visual designers to design storyboards, concepts, and scripts for compelling presentations and demos


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant Content Design, Product Marketing, Copywriting experience
  • Working knowledge of Figma and other visual design tools - experience formatting for audio-visuals/ videos a plus!
  • Prior experience in FinTech, Tech, or SaaS Industry as well as experience driving content production leveraging GenAI tools preferred.
  • Must have a portfolio that demonstrates your creative design strengths!
