If you can't wait to get started, we want you on our team.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Responsibilities•Manage the project board for all marketing tasks•Create a monthly real estate newsletter•Revive projects from the 12-month marketing checklist•Connect with agents to support their social media brandOffice Responsibilities•Plan company events such as community fundraisers, social events for staff, community education events•Supervise office assistant & assign weekly tasks as they arise: writing and stuffing mailers, dropping off/picking up signs and lockboxes, etc.•Provide technical support to agents for databases and websites•Train every day on Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty UniversityQualifications•BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required•Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills•Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations•2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
