DescriptionThe Marketing Assistant will serve as a key in-person presence at our Mandan, ND production facility. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. This position requires a detail-oriented, quick learner with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work within a small, dynamic marketing team with diverse experience.The role involves wearing multiple hats and requires someone who embodies Cloverdale's core values: Family, Hungry, and Adventurer. You must be adaptable, able to create or modify processes, and resourceful in finding creative solutions with limited information. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with remote teams and internal partners (HR, Operations, Sales, Senior Leadership), act as a brand ambassador in the Bis-Man community and manage community partnerships and donations. The role also includes handling consumer inquiries with professionalism, care, and responsiveness.Office Environment: 90% of the work is conducted in an office setting, involving time spent on computer research, project management, and communication with team members and stakeholders. Frequent participation in both in-person and virtual meetings, including project updates, strategy sessions, and presentations to management and stakeholders.Production Environment: 5% Regular visits to the production areas will involve exposure to machinery, noise, varying temperatures, humidity, and wet conditions.Travel: <5% Occasional travel for local events, meetings, conferences, etc.Schedule: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on operational requirements. The work week does not exceed 40 hours. Minimum 24 hours/week required.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Consumer Affairs: 25% Monitor Cloverdale Marketing and Blue-Ribbon emails received via the website and voicemails Follow up directly to resolve (aka Whoopsie/Loyalty coupons) as needed Create monthly summary reports and cascade Consumer Complaints to cross cross-functional Ops team Elevate concerns to Marketing leadership on sensitive issues, or greatly increase frequency/volumeCorporate Responsibility: 25% Coordinate existing corporate sponsorship and donation processes Partner with the Cloverdale Country Store for fulfillment of product commitmentsSales Support: 15% Merch store order and inventory management for sales promo items as needed for sales rep support Syndigo Intake - partner with Samples to get updated and new products sent to Syndigo Inmar redemption house RT promotional coupon code management and tracking Additional admin sales support/coordination as neededEvent Marketing: 10% Cloverdale brand ambassadorship, product sampling, and event auditing to support existing local sports marketing partnerships and athlete sponsorships (i.e. Bobcats, Larks, Team UOA, JMO, etc.) Ticket tracking and distribution to internal Cloverdale employeesProject Management: 10% Utilize Monday.com project management platform to support the Marketing team and key responsibilities Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within set budget parameters Shipping, marketing PO input, Marketing dept. mail responses/routing as neededSocial Media Scheduling and Monitoring: 5% Schedule proactive Cloverdale branded posts in Later.com Monitor post-engagement Elevate concerns to Marketing leadership on sensitive issues#forthedale Projects: 10% Represent the Marketing team to support cross-functional internal Cloverdale project needs for Mandan HQ
