Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Public Relations Assistant
to support our communications team in building and maintaining strong relationships with media, clients, and stakeholders. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for public relations and a desire to grow in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials. Coordinate and schedule interviews, press events, and meetings with stakeholders. Research and compile media contact lists and maintain relationships with key media outlets. Monitor and report on media coverage and public sentiment about the company and its clients. Support the team in executing PR campaigns and tracking their performance. Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and preparing presentations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with media tracking tools is a plus. Benefits
