Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Process Piping Designer Intern
to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of process piping design and to work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. A newly graduated Engineering Technology major or similarly trained candidate would be an ideal fit. This 6-month internship is designed with the potential for conversion to a full-time, permanent position upon successful completion of the internship. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and layout of process piping systems using specialized CAD software. Collaborate with engineers and other designers to develop piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Participate in site visits and field inspections to gather data and verify design specifications. Prepare and update project documentation, Adhere to industry standards and company guidelines in all design activities. Qualifications:
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD,). Basic knowledge of process piping design principles and practices a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. What We Offer:
