Monday-Friday, 1st shift Hours:
Minimum of 15 hours/week, maximum of 32 hours/week Flexible start time depending on academic schedule (earliest start: 6:00 am CST) Responsibilities:
Organize and execute plant events to enhance employee enthusiasm, engagement, and recognition Create, edit, and manage content for the plant's Facebook group and other internal communication platforms Develop and design dynamic presentations, articles, and visually engaging materials to meet strict deadlines Capture and edit photos/videos for internal and external communications Collaborate with the Communications Manager on special projects, including corporate leadership visits, VIP tours, and customer engagement initiatives Assist in the creation of flyers, posters, and video captions for employee education and plant updates Qualifications:
Strong professional/business verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Video editing experience is required Preferred skills: Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, dynamic presentation creation, and graphic design Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently Training:
Flexible training schedule Training period of 2-4 weeks before full project output is expected Additional Details:
Candidate will assist with creating internal content such as event collages, flyers, and employee recognition materials Will have opportunities to attend external events, take photos, and gain hands-on experience in content creation and communication strategy Professional courtesy is expected for PTO and schedule adjustments
