We are currently seeking a Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position focuses on graphic design while incorporating various marketing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and dedicated to upholding our company's standards and best practices.

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Hourly Wage:
$20.00 per hour
Benefits:

Position Overview:
The Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant will have diverse responsibilities, including administrative support, project management, creative assistance, and marketing execution. Key areas of focus are outlined below:
General Assistant Tasks
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules and appointments for the director, photographer, or marketing leader.
Organize and maintain records, contracts, and other important documents.
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes during brainstorming sessions or project meetings.
Handle travel arrangements and logistics for out-of-town shoots or events.
Coordinate communication between departments and external clients.
Project Management:
Develop and manage timelines for campaigns, photo shoots, and marketing projects.
Track progress and deadlines to ensure tasks stay on schedule.
Provide updates on project statuses and identify potential delays or issues.
Organize project files, photos, videos, and media assets for easy access.
Creative Director Support
Creative Assistance:
Research trends, inspiration, and competitive visuals to support creative ideation.
Prepare mood boards, concept drafts, and mockups for team and client presentations.
Maintain a library of references, props, and creative resources.
Content Development:
Assist with brainstorming sessions, capturing and organizing key ideas.
Proofread and edit creative briefs to ensure alignment with project goals.
Draft initial outlines or ideas for visuals, videos, and other content as needed.
Photographer Support
On-Set Assistance:
Set up lighting, cameras, tripods, and other equipment for shoots.
Adjust lighting, angles, and framing under the photographer’s direction.
Manage shoot schedules, shot lists, and ensure all shots meet expectations.
Maintain and organize equipment inventory for easy access.
Communicate with models, stylists, and clients on set, relaying instructions from the photographer.
Post-Production Support:
Organize, label, and back up photos after shoots.
Shortlist the best images based on criteria or client requests.
Perform basic editing tasks, such as cropping, retouching, and color correction.
Marketing Leader Support
Campaign Coordination:
Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
Create graphics for banners, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Organize meetings to discuss campaign strategies, goals, and results.
Content Creation and Analytics:
Draft and proofread social media copy, blog posts, and email newsletters.
Monitor campaign performance by tracking engagement, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs.
Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research:
Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Gather and analyze customer feedback from various sources to improve campaigns.
Event and Promotion Support:
Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and distribute materials for promotions through appropriate channels.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High school diploma (or equivalent)
