Daikin has an exciting opportunity to lead our Product Marketing group for our VRV product line. In this role, you will provide leadership and ensure the execution of the VRV strategy focusing on product marketing and product planning for all VRV and associated products. Provide customer sales support direction and development. Create product positioning plans that deliver long term revenue growth while strengthening DNA's market leadership position. Ensure the product roadmaps are tightly aligned with sales strategy and company business objectives, to provide clarity on department's objectives and deliverables and to communicate and follow up on actions and plans.

Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap delivering a clear schedule of future product releases that will consistently deliver market leading positioning Represent DNA's business needs and motivate, direct and ensure alignment across all parts of New Product Development, from customer to R & D. Responsible for the development and action of development product road maps, technical materials and on time releases utilizing the QCD process at all times Working with sales, local channel partners to develop local product solutions including the selection off and working with third party suppliers (incl. software) Responsible for value propositions and technical sales arguments, materials, tools, literature and manuals. Drive internal communications to ensure high levels of product knowledge and features across the company Provide third line technical support services for all VRV product, application and system queries Ensure the price strategy is competitive and meets revenue and profitability goals Provide a single point of reference for the complete management of each product life cycle, ensuring complete coordination of all launch criteria, repositioning exercises and end of life clearance Complete competitor and customer analysis. Network and research external competitors' service/product proposition to ensure a comprehensive understanding of what is working in the market. Ensure understanding of customers, trends and requirements. Ensure continual monitoring of the market and competitors in order to accurately position products Lead the market, product and technical analysis and support for the PDM & HCM process Provide project support for nonstandard products or modifications to standard products Launching, checking and continuous improvement of engineering data, IOM and service manuals to support product launch and design Lead and develop relationships with key clients to build long term sales opportunities. Network and represent DNA to key local contacts and influencers. Regularly speak at key industry events Responsible for directing a team of Product Managers & Product Marketing Engineers to support new product launches. Provide regular input and guidance to the Supply Chain and Sales Planning departments regarding forecasting, stock ordering, and stock profiling. Recruit, manage, motivate and develop direct reports to ensure that they achieve their potential and that their performance contributes to the achievement of product marketing objectives Perform other related job duties as assigned Nature & Scope:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant HVAC business environment, including experience of product group management Preferable HVAC technical qualifications, such as LEED AP Experience in managing business expansion programs in a relevant industry Experience with New Product Development processes within a large organization Experience with managing a product group B2B marketing mix, especially the ability to generate compelling customer value propositions for technical products Experienced leader with a demonstrable ability to influence across complex organizations Proven budgeting experience Education/Certification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing and/or Business or equivalent experience in technical and business or marketing disciplines
