This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a strong creative leader with a solid foundation and proven track record of success in leading creative projects from ideation through to execution, and managing every piece in between, along with a growing and talented team. The SVP Creative Director, Art will serve a vital role at Day One- whether you are concepting, designing, producing, or managing, our team will depend on you for all things creative leadership. As the SVP Creative Director, Art, you will work alongside our Chief Creative Officer to craft the future of Day One and our clients. You will be at the forefront of creating culture-obsessed, beautifully crafted, earned media work. Key responsibilities include:Inspire internal design + studio teams to think differently and constantly look to elevate their work. These teams include art directors, designers, editors, creators, copywriters, creative strategists, and storytellersLead by example and get hands-on with the workBe a leader and champion of big ideas, pushing creative thinking to new and unprecedented placesCome from a place of earning it, developing concepts designed to connect with cultureManage & mentor our Creative Directors and inform where we need to evolve as we growExecute creative and brand vision for our clients and the Day One brandManage multiple projects, clients, and budgets within deadlinesConsistently manage up to agency leadership. The base compensation range for this role is $220,000-$260,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
