Job Title: E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser
Location: New York, NY 10019 (Remote)
Duration: 8 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Schedule: 1-2 days/week

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence.

• Ensure that Shops email marketing and site curation align with brand guidelines, optimized to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

• Collaborate with category management, creative, email, and editorial teams.

• Update curated Product Listing Pages (PLPs) and manage email/marketing assets for Shops, including collection updates and creative/marketing asset project management.

• Support email marketing efforts for Shops programs by requesting creative assets, coordinating editorial curations, and managing site collections.

• Organize and categorize products on the website using merchandising rules to improve visibility, especially for scheduled email sends.

• Partner with Category Managers and Editorial teams to develop online product curation strategies and ensure effective merchandising for marketing and promotions.

• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activities.

• 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce, email marketing, or design.

• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Marigold/Sailthru platforms.

• Elevated taste level and experience in graphic design.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to a "start-up" business environment.
