Job Title : Documentation Specialist/ Technical Writer

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Contract role

Required Experience:

• Three (3) or more years of business or technical writing experience and working knowledge of multiple software and graphics packages.
• Certification in Business Analysis from a recognized professional body, such as IIBA or PMI.
• Five (5) or more years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling or mapping, and methodology development.
• Ability to document user stories and write business IT system requirements.
• Experience coordinating business users, technical staff, and architects to analyze and define future operational needs based on use cases and analysis of alternatives.
• In-depth knowledge of business process design and re-engineering.
• Ability to coordinate project teams and effectively meet overall objectives.
