Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Injury Demand Writer to join a growing company in Burbank! This role involves crafting persuasive demand letters and summarizing medical injuries and case facts for personal injury cases. If you have a background in personal injury law and enjoy a dynamic, team-oriented environment, this position is for you! Full training provided.

• $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Shift: Full-time, 8-hour shifts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify medical issues and demonstrate familiarity with medical terminology.
• Calculate damages and draft compelling demand letters.
• Summarize and present facts related to personal injury cases.
• Clearly and persuasively explain medical injuries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law or drafting personal injury demands (required).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CASEpeer case management software (preferred).
