We are seeking a talented and creative Packaging Designer/Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging design and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate our brand vision into visually appealing and functional packaging solutions. You will work closely with our product development and marketing teams to create packaging that not only protects our products but also enhances the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative packaging concepts for our range of bath accessories, home furnishings, and organizational products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging aligns with product requirements and brand identity.
- Create detailed packaging specifications, including materials, dimensions, and production processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the home goods or consumer products industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your packaging design work is required.
