- Photoshop Expertise: Use Adobe Photoshop to retouch photos, fix lighting or color issues, remove or replace objects, and enhance shadows and highlights to create visually stunning images.
- Image Manipulation: Edit photos for maximum visual impact, ensuring each image meets the company’s aesthetic standards and looks as good as possible for digital and print use.
Consistency: Maintain consistent photo quality across all images, ensuring a cohesive look and feel for the brand.
Graphic Design & Marketing Materials:

- Newsletter Graphics: Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for email newsletters, ensuring they are optimized for both desktop and mobile views.
- Property Flyers & Brochures: Assist with designing property marketing materials, including flyers and brochures, to showcase properties for sale effectively or rent.
- Other Design Projects: Provide support for other design needs, such as presentations, banners, and print collateral, while maintaining a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with our marketing and content teams to understand the visual goals and make sure all graphics align with campaigns.
