Amazon Music is continuing to invest in and expand the livestreaming business with plans to execute against several top festivals, single artist shows, and series in 2025. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and analytical marketing leader to help us scale support for an increased number of monetized events. This role is primarily responsible for supporting senior managers in driving awareness, discoverability, and tune-in of livestreamed and Video-On-Demand musical performances. A successful candidate for this role will be an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must also have proven data analysis skills and success increasing customer discovery and adoption of new products, as well as be a passionate advocate for customers (for us, both artists and fans are customers). You will have strong marketing, program management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results. Given the complexity of the role, it will also be important to be operationally strong – managing a large number of relationships, dependencies, and timelines across many teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage general execution and operations of marketing campaigns that drive awareness and tune-in for events.
  2. Support post-event plans as applicable (Video On-Demand marketing, artist campaigns, etc.).
  3. Manage asset trafficking between Creative and Channel teams.
  4. Write impactful ad copy across various onsite and offsite placements.
  5. Create and implement testing frameworks, including A/B tests, to optimize creative and campaign targeting.
  6. Partner with internal teams to build out marketing plans that span on-Amazon, off-Amazon, and social channels.
  7. Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting.
  8. Use analytical insights to report on campaign performance and create actionable strategies that help increase the effectiveness of future campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  2. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  3. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
  4. Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  5. Experience presenting metrics and progress to goals to senior leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  2. Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  3. Technical aptitude and agility to manage web-based tools.
  4. Solid communication skills and comfort with presenting ideas verbally, in writing, and graphically.
