Content Strategy Specialist (Senior) with skills Content Strategy, Content Design for location Bangalore, India

Role: Operations communications specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Presentation Creation: Convert content into beautiful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
  2. Data Analysis: Transform raw data into meaningful insights using Excel or other data analysis tools, and present findings through visually engaging graphs and charts.
  3. Content Development: Build newsletter content and email templates for effective communication within the organization.
  4. Email Communication: Write and edit content for email communication to ensure clear and professional messaging.
  5. Additional Support: Provide any other necessary support, including project management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.

Required Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Canva for creating presentations.
  2. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, pivot and visualization using Excel or similar tools.
  3. Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear and engaging content.
  4. Ability to develop and design newsletters and email templates.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  7. Experience in project management and coordination is a plus.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Canva.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
