Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.
As the Creative Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing successful creative and marketing campaigns that align with our company’s goals.
You should possess excellent marketing campaign development skills, creative problem-solving abilities, a strong understanding of current marketing trends and the ability to give clear direction to agency partners for design and copywriting.
This is a marketing manager role leading creative development for multiple business banking products and projects. Experience marketing to small business owners or working with deposits, lending and payments business banking products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling ads that resonate with small business owners for use in display, social, video, direct mail and any other assigned channels.
- Lead the planning and implementation of the company’s creative marketing strategy for assigned products and projects.
- Provide creative direction to designers, copywriters and ad agencies to guide development of creative assets for print and digital channels.
- Oversee the schedule and production of creative for marketing campaigns.
- Review and approve advertising and marketing materials for brand consistency, value proposition inclusion and key messages.
- Monitor and assess and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize market research to guide creative direction and to understand the needs of our customers.
- Manage the creative marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness for your assigned projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop innovative ideas that solve business problems.
- Ensure the company’s brand message is consistent across all channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Creative Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design or related field.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
