TriComB2B, a globally recognized agency for business-to-business (B2B) marketing and communications, is seeking an experienced professional to fill a new and exciting role as our Associate Creative Director.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative work that enhances marketing strategies, compels audiences, and adheres to schedules and budgetary considerations.
- Work with account teams and meet with senior-level clients to present ideas and creative concepts.
- Extend concepts and positioning across various media and tactics, including PR, event, social, motion, brand activation and digital experiences.
- Excel in the creative process: ideation, workflows, workloads, and resources.
- Work beyond what’s noted in your job description as needed; display a willingness to be flexible and work across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably design or communications)
- 10+ years of experience in agency/marketing environment
- Must be able to professionally communicate virtually as well as face-to-face
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and emerging strategies and tactics
- Portfolio of demonstrated digital and print work for integrated marketing campaigns
Preferred experience:
If you have knowledge in the following areas, we want to hear about it. These are not requirements, but may help set you apart.
- Adapting campaigns for global audiences, i.e., regional and cultural variations.
- Developing strategies for multiple stakeholders in the B2B purchase consideration.
- Market positioning, brand definition, product launch, brand preference or business growth marketing.
- Presenting as part of a pitch team and developing pitch materials.
- Experience with clients’ B2B technical offerings for considered purchases.
