Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining all aspects of a media campaign across multiple digital channels under the supervision of Senior Media Planner and team lead(s).

Job Responsibilities

  • Gathers necessary data for media plan development, such as client marketing objectives, goals, KPIs, messaging, channel preferences.
  • Assists in preparation of media recommendations and annual plan presentations.
  • Monitors and maintains budgets, budget reports, and all other tracking reports.
  • Resolves billing discrepancies with relevant execution teams.
  • Analyzes performance reports while working with the Senior Media Planner to optimize media plans for success.
  • Partners with the Senior Media Planner to establish priorities and manage workload.
  • Assists in the development of presentations and reports to provide performance recaps and insightful media points of view.
  • Maintains, tracks, and records proposals in proper tools such as placements.io.
  • Tracks changes to client media plans, such as flight dates and budget reallocations.
  • Assists with tracking media expenditures to ensure agency and client budget compliance.
  • Provides solutions based on client challenges and needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School/GED and at least 3 years of experience in media or marketing.
  • Experience providing thorough, accurate, and organized assignments and meeting deadlines.
