How You Will Make an Impact
- Take ownership of creative design development and execution, managing and enhancing relevant brands through the creation of marketing resources and materials.
- Design and edit graphics for print and web, including advertising, reports, collateral, social graphics, infographics, graphs, charts, and diagrams.
- Manage and organize M3's library of marketing assets, ensuring user-friendly access and proactively identifying gaps in brand collateral.
- Provide sales enablement support by creating finalist presentation and proposal resources, collaborating with the Sales team on presentation development.
- Contribute creative solutions and inspiration to achieve brand goals, aligning with the marketing team's mission of influencing revenue growth, client experience, and talent attraction.
- Continuously audit existing collateral to ensure accuracy of information and maintain brand consistency.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field is desired.
- Minimum of 2+ years of graphic design or marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of design and marketing trends.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High-quality design and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
