This is a support role for a responsive individual with the capacity and desire to succeed in a high growth environment.
Responsible for the day-to-day design work as needed mainly by creating social media elements, social media profiles, branding, and marketing/sales presentations. Create wireframes and mockups for mobile and desktop web pages, landing pages, and newsletters.
In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you’re passionate about design and eager to learn more, we’d like to meet you.
Essential Functions
- Prepares rough design concepts for banners & social media working with different brands.
- Be able to create landing page layouts with platforms like Lead pages.
- Create a specific “look and feel” for any piece understanding the concept.
- Work with different brands simultaneously. Create original visuals for each piece understanding the graphic system.
- Support senior designers on brand and strategic design work.
- Participate in various design projects from concept to completion.
- Listen to feedback to hone skills and improve design.
- Use feedback from other designers to improve.
- Demonstrate time management and multitasking abilities.
Required Education and Experience
- BA in Design.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Basic HTML and coding knowledge.
- High sense of ownership on the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creativity and design skills are very important to come up with original ideas and produce appealing material.
- Knowledge of what appeals to different target audiences.
- Video editing is a plus.
- Average of 2 years of experience in design roles.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
