smartdept. is searching for a Social Media Coordinator for a healthcare client located in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will come with 3+ years of experience. This is a full-time, hybrid contract opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and compile social trends, ideas, and fresh executions to inform and propose new content.
- Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy.
- Monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure compliance with established guidelines and best-practice rules.
- Encourage greater social media participation.
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and public speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.
- Collaborate with teams to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Define and create branded style templates for new and existing social content.
- Generate “think outside the box” ideas, steering trend curation and content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in.
- Background in the healthcare industry.
- SEO knowledge.

- Associate's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience.
- A portfolio with SEO and healthcare examples.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video editing.
- Background in healthcare is a must.
