This is a direct-hire Sr. / Principal Process Development Engineer position with a start-up medical device manufacturer in the Twin Cities metro area. They are in need of someone to finish process development on a product undergoing clinical trials, develop process validation for a commercialized product, and manage vendors for equipment validation, test plans, and capital equipment installation. This role requires the employee to be on-site 5 days per week. Salary will be negotiable depending on level of experience - ranging from $130-150k annually, with bonus opportunity, PTO, equity in the company and health/vision/dental benefits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Process Development / Mfg. Engineering experience within a Medical Device manufacturer
- Experience developing/authoring process validations for existing products, process development for devices in clinical stages
- Experience with disposables and capital equipment - electrical components a must
- Experience with CAD a must
- BS degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
