When you join us, we expect you to:
- Develop and maintain a network of business clients by prospecting, building relationships with existing clients, and maintaining a customer base year-over-year.
- Assess client insurance needs and develop tailored insurance and risk management solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
- Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as set forth by team lead.

Requirements:
- Insurance license valid in the state of Texas
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- 2-4 years Insurance Sales experience preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Base pay + competitive commission. Base salary determined based on experience and qualifications.
