Position Summary As Senior Lead, you consistently accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities ensuring overall department alignment. You have in-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising, branding and identity as well as multi-media production.

The Senior Lead assists Creative Agency in achieving operational excellence objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change and leading a team of Project Managers and Leads. Senior Lead and assigned team are responsible for timelines and deliverables that match project objectives while maintaining project management system compliance.

Senior Lead enhances department and organization reputation by professionally accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities and technologies to add value to job accomplishments.

Provide positive, career-nurturing leadership for the Creative Project Management team to provide full-service integrated production solutions to the Life Time organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Coaching and inspirational Senior Lead for assigned Creative Project Managers and Leads Statuses/1:1 Goal sessions with assigned team members Conduct Performance Reviews, Three Sheets, facilitate career path conversations Develop, exercise and train team on scope change control Manage department workloads and assignments; identify staffing gaps and opportunities, corrective planning and actions Work with VP Strat & Operations to lead, train and implement continuous process and procedure improvements Develop, implement, and manage project plans, including timelines and (hours) estimates in cross-utilized project management tool (WorkFront, JIRA, etc). Ensure directs are fluent in same tools Subject matter expert on creative/production process when VP Strat & Operations is researching or implementing Workfront updates/improvements Provides guidance related to production role associated to (still/video) assistance/support Partner with LT Vision to ensure smooth broadcast/photographic process. Provide leadership on improvements Manage and or coach all aspects of projects to ensure strategic alignment through milestones, timelines, budget and status meetings ​ Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a related field 5+ years of experience in Project Management, team management and responsibility for defining and managing project scope, timelines, and effective delivery of projects Experience in solving business and delivery problems with technology and non-technology solutions Proficient in Workfront, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Ability to positively move conversations to decisions and direct teams to achieve objectives Proven leadership, project management, relationship management and time management skills Confidence working with all levels of management, including executive level Prolific listener, with an educated point-of-view and a strong interest in what others think Continuously seeks knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and networking across enterprise

This is a salaried position starting at $85,000.00 and pays up to $117,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
