How You Will Make an Impact
- Video Editor & Motion Designer will edit and create social-first video content including 30s, 15s, and 6s edits for social media platforms
- Craft compelling, dynamic motion graphics and video animations that align with the latest social media trends, incorporating supers, captions, and video effects to engage audiences
- Video Editor & Motion Designer will collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visual storytelling, incorporating music, sound, and creative video treatments
- Stay updated with current design trends and techniques, ensuring your work reflects the latest in motion design, video trends, and visual storytelling
- Video Editor & Motion Designer will ensure your edits and motion graphics are optimized for different platforms, maintaining high-quality standards across various formats
- Video Editor & Motion Designer will revise and refine work based on feedback from senior designers, video producers, or clients to ensure final output meets project expectations
- Support brainstorming sessions by contributing fresh ideas and innovative concepts for upcoming video and motion design projects
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content creation and enhancement (e.g., AI-driven animation, video editing, and creative software)

What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a video editing or motion design role, with a focus on social media content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Must submit a portfolio showcasing their motion graphics and video editing work
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of 2D/3D design principles
- Basic knowledge of video editing, production, and post-production workflows
- Excellent communication and time management skills
