Join our Digital UX Strategy team, which oversees all things design for the ImmyBot brand, marketing, and product. This role will focus on delivering customer value through the product itself which consists of a web application, endpoint agent, and experiences on end-user computers like notifications and management screens.

About the role

You'll be responsible for end-to-end product design, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met. You will also establish user research processes, both qualitative and quantitative, to inform design decisions and feature releases.

To be successful in this role, you will work closely with our Director of UX Strategy to proactively identify opportunities, scope and execute projects, and represent the customer internally. The ideal candidate will be able to unblock themselves, even if that simply means knowing when to ask for help.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design process from research to implementation, including user studies, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering production-ready assets.
  • Build and maintain cohesive design system for product UI that respects evolving brand standards.
  • Champion user-centered design principles across the organization, mentoring other designers and enabling teams to make customer-informed decisions.
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, validate design decisions, and optimize user engagement.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap through leadership collaboration and data-driven insights, translating customer research into actionable opportunities.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B products.
  • Strong digital portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and key outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design, layout, and prototyping software (specifically Figma).
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Ability to collect and use data to inform design decisions including surveys, engagement and flow analysis, customer interviews, and message mining.
  • A keen understanding of user behavior as it relates to digital experiences and the user's expectations.
  • Understanding of web architecture and responsive layouts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred skills

  • Proven abilities to lead design projects and present your solutions.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic frontend development.
  • Background in B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience with data visualization and complex workflows.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
