Job Description:
As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing engaging social media strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure our social media presence reflects our brand identity and core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create compelling content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform.
• Monitor and respond to social media engagement, fostering a positive and interactive community.
• Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
