Guitar Center is hiring: Music Store Manager in Elkhorn

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Guitar Center is seeking a Music Store Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the retail business, providing vision and guidance to the team to achieve desired results. The ideal candidate will embrace our mission of nurturing musicians and creating inclusive environments while driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue and EBITDA targets while managing P&L
• Recruit, interview, and hire managers and associates
• Train, mentor, and develop staff
• Ensure proper staffing and coverage for in-store operations
• Maintain company and store merchandising standards

Requirements:

• 4+ years of previous experience in similar environments
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Preferences:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Understanding of retail systems and processes
