Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering/development.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership (director-level or higher) experience.
- 5+ years of video game industry experience.

What You Will Be Doing
This is a pivotal role in spearheading our engineering team, driving their growth, and cultivating their talents within the realm of game development. This position entails not only steering the team through innovative projects but also fortifying our ranks through strategic efforts.
Core duties include leading a team of 20, while conceptualizing, crafting, and troubleshooting intricate systems and pivotal features. You will also actively contribute as a developer as needed. Proficiency in C++, Unreal Engine, and version control systems is paramount.
What You Need for this Position
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering/development.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership (director-level or higher) experience.
- 5+ years of video game industry experience.
- A track record of delivering multiple titles across modern gaming platforms.
- Excellence in C++ and/or Unreal development and proficient in scripting languages such as Blueprint, LUA, C#, Python, etc.
