Avoq is seeking an advertising creative director who turns imagination into impact to join our New York office. You’ll work on behalf of our diverse roster of clients to lead creative teams in developing breakthrough creative spanning all media (paid, earned, shared and owned). - Lead art and copy teams to concept and execute creative campaigns

- Produce a variety of deliverables including branding, TV/video, print, OOH, radio, digital, social, experiential, branding, PR stunts, activations etc.
- Provide key insights and strategic advice to colleagues and clients
- Present creative work with conviction at internal and external meetings
- Create a positive environment through encouragement and teamwork
- Define creative milestones and contribute to high-level resourcing, scoping and budgeting
- Oversee video and still photography production and post-production
- Contribute to agency philosophy, structure, workflow efficiencies and talent acquisition
- Manage deadlines and budgets across agency departments and outside vendors
- Contribute to new business efforts
Requirements
YOUR EXPERIENCEAs a qualified candidate, you have experience in:
- 10+ years of experience and an online portfolio demonstrating past success in conceptual advertising and public relations campaigns
- Current on creative tactics and emerging marketing and communications trends
- Experience working directly with clients to pitch ideas and influence outcomes
- Extensive video and still production experience and vendor contacts
- Understanding of user-experience design and web best practices
- Command of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of Figma and AI workflows/tools
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

The salary range for this role is $165,000 - $200,000
