- Partner with research and data science teams to translate complex AI technologies into user-friendly features that enhance music and audio discovery.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and present business cases to senior leadership for new AI-driven initiatives and features.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team, encouraging creative problem-solving and risk-taking.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to integrate third-party AI technologies and content sources as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing AI features based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends, identifying potential applications for Amazon Music.
A Day in the Life
Your day begins with reviewing AI model performance metrics and customer feedback. Midday, you collaborate with our licensing team. In the afternoon, you analyze industry trends and brainstorm innovative features with your team, including visual content experiences. You also work closely with our Applied Generative Intelligence (AGI) group to explore AI applications. You conclude by presenting updates to leadership, always focusing on enhancing the customer experience through advanced technologies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience in technical product management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
